What would life be like without fine food and drink? Spanish cuisine offers a tremendous variety of food products and many exquisite dishes. On this pleasant walking tour we visit various gourmet boutiques as well as one of Madrid’s best markets. We get to taste some real Iberian acorn-fed cured ham, pure extra virgin olive oils, delicious cheeses and select wines, all rounded off with local desserts and a glass of Cava. Oh, and why not a glass of Madrid’s typical draught vermouth as well?
On this interactive tour we’ll learn all about Spain’s rich and diverse cuisine and I’ll even share some of my own top tips and recipes for making traditional regional dishes and from across the country.
